I shared this email with a few Real Estate Agents connected to me in my LinkedIN account. This is just too easy to do and worth yet another commission check for those that do this simple stuff.

Another Free Website for you Listings. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. You really need to know what you are giving up in the name of FREE.
Most FREE or (real cheap) Real Estate Websites generate their revenues from product advertisements placed strategically on their websites. Those that “click-through” on these advertisements generate income from the product advertisers, paid to these FREE websites.
Now more than EVER it's critical to get those listing titles and descriptions changed to match with what a Buyer or Renter is entering into Google or Craigslist or any Search Engine.....
So remember searcher do NOT type into Google or Craigslist;
3 Bd Light and Bright Open Floor Plan with great Schools when searching for a property link to click on so they can call or email you.
