Invest 10 minutes to MATCH your Listing Words (optimize) with what the Buyers are typing into Google. This is Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Now more than EVER it’s critical to get those listing titles and descriptions changed to match with what a Buyer or Renter is entering into Google or Craigslist or any Search Engine…..

Yes our Posting for you every WEEK to Craigslist to update titles with keywords, pricing and availability status is our commitment to improving your search results from buyers and renters there. This applies to Google too.

So remember searcher do NOT type into Google or Craigslist;
3 Bd Light and Bright Open Floor Plan with great Schools when searching for a property link to click on so they can call or email you.

Searchers DO type in some of these keywords from Ad Titles to find property listings

3 Bedroom Home for Sale (or Rent which ever it is) in Tempe AZ in Kyrene Schools District near ASU only blocks to Light Rail System to Downtown Phoenix or Arizona State University good Student or Faculty Housing
Now THAT’S a Title that will get you LEADS!

Ask Mark Organek or REMAX – Mark has several listings “in play” on Page 1 of Google and Craigslist – click below to view his Titles and WHY he’s getting the Leads.These are FEW of the Keywords in Marks Ad – Google them….

home for sale near asu or click to see results

Or Lynette Beres of Click AZ Properties is on Page 1 when you Google this….

home for sale chandler near intel or click to results show

And Lisa Pizzuti of Built by Referral Realty Group – Buyers view her on Google Page 1

home for sale chandler near motorola veiw her Google placement

Remember FREE real estate marketing Websites USE YOU and your LISTING to sell other product Advertising….. they serve that other product advertising customer first and your Google placement is NOT in their best interests. The PROOF is on Google.

Having a search engine presence (which is to say being found on Google) is critical to your future success. Sellers and those holding the properties will select the Agent, Team or Company that is focused on being FOUND on Google and not those helping FREE real estate websites sell product advertising by using the listings to drive traffic to those product Ads.
