I shared this email with a few Real Estate Agents connected to me in my LinkedIN account. This is just too easy to do and worth yet another commission check for those that do this simple stuff.

“Link to your Agent Listings Page”, it Makes Money and there’s nothing to it.

I’m sharing a quick and easy success story that every Agent on PropertyNut can duplicate; it just might be what you were looking for.

An Agent placed their PropertyNut Agent Page Link   (example)   http://PropertyNut.Com/DeanOuellette in an email to a client looking for a rental. A few days later a buyer called interested in a property she had found that he had listed. Thankfully the Agent remembered to ask where she saw it. She told the Agent a friend forwarded an email regarding a condo she was renting in Arizona for the winter. The email was from the PropertyNut Agent with the Agent Page Link in the email. The buyer clicked through to the Agents Page and is now coming down from Idaho to see homes and condos near ASU University Campus in Tempe AZ the Town Place Condos for sale. She is buying this property as an investment for rent as student housing.

Having a search engine presence (which is to say being found on Google) is critical to your future success. Sellers and those holding the properties will select the Agent, Team or Company that is focused on being FOUND on Google and not those helping FREE real estate websites sell product advertising by using the listings to drive traffic to those product Ads.
