How do I determine the Keywords that Buyers are known to use when searching for Real Estate?

The required 5 Keyword RULE in a Listing Ad Title for PropertyNut is: 1- Type of Property (home, house, condo, townhouse, patio home, office building, land, etc.) 2 – How offered (for sale for rent for lease) 3- Number of bedrooms (if residential,3 bedroom, NOT 3 bd or 3 bdrm) 4 – City and State and what the property is 5 – Near ( Landmarks)(use well know hospitals or large employers or sports centers, or great schools,  but use the name like; Intel Corp, or Honeywell, or University of Colorado, or Mayo Clinic, or Lake Michigan, or Mission Beach or….) so the Title with know keywords and “nears” would look like this;    Home for sale in Denver Colorado 3 bedrooms near School of Mines Concentra Medical Center Coors Brewing.
