Uploading my Listings into PropertyNut

Now Available – we will Post your Listings on PropertyNut for You! How does it work?
You will need to have access to MLS or some service that MUST provide a Buyer information sheet or flyer that can be emailed to us with all of the following. The property information must include description, property features, schools and all details with at least 4 photos that can be viewed in a large size – (640×480 or larger). 90% of the Photos you have uploaded to MLS that have links in the email-able buyer’s sheet are just perfect. When emailing this information to us you will need to identify which photos you want us to include if more than 12 are provided ( 12 photos is our maximum) and which photo is to be the “showcase or money shot”.

What do I do?
Current PropertyNut Agents – you will need to be sure you have your username and password for your current paid PropertyNut account and email it with the listings info that follows. If we do not receive your password (or you don’t know it), we will reset it and forward the new password to you. Next, email us a link for the buyer information sheet that displays the photos and other property features from MLS or another service to AdPosting@PropertyNut.Com.
New PropertyNut Agents - You will need a PropertyNut advertiser account. To Sign up with us is fast and easy. Click the Sign-in link on the top right corner of PropertyNut.Com. Fill in the form completely. Or, if you would like PropertyNut to create your account for you, you will need to call or FAX your credit card and other information to us to setup the recurring monthly charge. Creating a user Account profile is included as part of our services regardless of using the Posting Service or posting your listings on your own. What are the Final Steps? Your Newly posted Ads are NOT YET LIVE! It is Critical that you Activate the Ad Listings so they are LIVE on PropertyNut and the Internet. Upon completion of PropertyNut posting your Ad Listing, you will be notified by email and then you can go Activate your Ad Listings with two (2) clicks of the mouse.

How do I Activate the Ads Posted for Me? Two Clicks to Active ALL Ads - All property listing ads will need to be activated by you. Sign in to your MyPropertyNut, MyCurrentAds feature. All Ads can be Activated at the same time or one at a time.          To Activate ALL at once – Click the button in the far right column that says All Ads (which selects all your ads for Check Out and Activation) This button and column is just right of the colum that says Billing date. After clicking this button, a check mark will be in ALL boxes of this column. You may choose to uncheck any boxes for Ads you don’t wish to activate right now or finish up by going to the bottom of the screen and Click the Check Out or Review Cart button. The next screen will require you to Click Activate or Check Out (depending on your Account type ) –  Account Type “Single Agent 20 Ad Pack” – click Activate button and you are finished and we are marketing your listings –  Account Type – “Pay per Ad” – click  Check Out button and you will only need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and verification code – click Continue and then click Check Out – you will see a Thank Screen and we will get to work marketing your listings.

Your Responsibility By activating the property listings you accept and agree that you have verified all data is correct and accurate and that you take full responsibility for the content accuracy of the property listing ads just as you do when you post them yourself. You also agree to hold PropertyNut harmless for any errors (if any) made by the Posting Team in the creation of the property listing Ad for you.

What is the Cost per Ad?
There is a (1) One Time charge of $10 for each property ad posted for you by the Posting Team. This charge will be added to your credit card on file with PropertyNut.

Who updates Status, Prices and Feature? Regardless of who Creates the Ads, You will maintain your listings on PropertyNut.   This is a One Time Fee for each time an Ad or Ads are posted new and must be requested and sent to us by you. Maintaining after the postings is up to the advertiser just as it is now.

Ready to have us Post? Email the Listings and we’ll go to work for you today! All Postings will be added to your account within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your listings. You will receive our email notifying you that all listing data is acceptable for our Posting Team to do the job or a request for more information.   Summary – $10 onetime per Ad posted on PropertyNut by our Posting Team for you.
