- Go see this Property – an email is sent to you advising you that this person wishes to have a showing scheduled to see this property.
- Do I Qualify – the viewer of this property emails you wanting to get pre-qualified or receive more information of qualifying for today’s financing
- Listings NOT on MLS - email comes to you asking about “Pocket Listings” or “in Office Listings” you can share with them
- Lease to Own or Carry Back – this buyer or renter is wanting to know if this Seller (or others you know of) are willing to Carry Back or Lease to Own.
All emails from the above list will come to you and only you from these Lead Interest Features and the subject of the Button the person clicked on will be the subject of the email.

Agent Contact Info- is now in two very prominent places; the right column and inside the Tab that says, Contact Agent which is part of the three purple Tabs just above the Description of the Listing.
Overview - this is the “default” Tab that comes up automatically when the Ad Listing is opened. Here the viewer sees all features and amenities of the Ad Listing
MAP – when the viewer clicks this tab they STAY on your Listing Ad and an area of the screen is dedicated to display a MAP of the property that can be zoomed in or out, as needed. If your MAP comes up wrong, check your Address and check to be sure you did not put the City and State in the Address box of your listing. The properties listing City, State and County are automatically picked up when you create your Ad on PropertyNut from the ZIP Code. If you have this problem with the “double city and state” in your Ad, edit the City and State out of your Listing in your MyCurrentAds or call PropertyNut for help.
Agent Licensed in – this is a required disclosure for all Agents in advertising to provide the State in which they are licensed. We are now providing this to protect and help you stay in compliance with Real Estate Rules and Regulations.
New Photo Display – offers the viewer a simple click per thumbnail photo to view it in a large mode or they may Super Size the view and see each photo in extra large size by clicking the showcase photo or by using the magnifying glass under the small list of photos.
More color and a tighter layout of your property ad listing information and your contact information provides a more enjoyable viewing experience for the property searcher.
Other improvements – exposing your Ad Listings to Google and BING Search Engines with new SEO techniques. Addition of 30 new private realty websites that PropertyNut listings are auto posted to.
